We are the Global Winner for the Best Detox Program. Furthermore, the Tyrolean Sonnhof was recognized as the Best Luxury Health Spa in Western Europe and the World’s Best Luxury Wellness Healing Retreat.

Our European Ayurveda Resort in Tyrol
Nestled amidst the Tyrolean Alps lies our family-run Sonnhof. A place of power to recharge between gentle hills, green forests, and magnificent mountains. The Tyrolean guesthouse was originally purchased in 1987, before the vision of the Ayurveda center was finally realized in 2006.
Today, our resort houses doctor’s offices, massage rooms, a spa area, and a yoga room. In our continuous effort to offer our guests the best, we extensively renovated Sonnhof most recently in 2024. The pool area was completely renewed and expanded with an additional relaxation oasis.
Our resort is based on the interplay of our profound expertise and our highly trained experts. This is how we succeed daily in adapting the holistic concept of Ayurveda to the needs and lifestyle of Europeans. The success manifests as a unique symbiosis of Ayurvedic philosophy and European culture.
