Falstaff Hotel Guide 2024
The Falstaff Hotel Guide is a selection of first-class hotels, rated by experts in six different categories. These are primarily members of the Falstaff Travel Community and a selected expert jury. This year, we were again among the 600 best hotels of the year and achieved an excellent result – 91 out of 100 points.
Falstaff Spa Awards 2023 and 2024
Our hotel is among the best spa hotels in the entire German-speaking region and was awarded the Falstaff Spa Award in 2023 in the “Best Cure & Detox” category and in 2024 in “Medical & Detox”.
Falstaff is the most popular brand for indulgence, travel & lifestyle in the German-speaking region. More than 25,000 Falstaff Travel Club members and the Falstaff expert jury provide ratings for numerous hotels, and we achieved excellent results both years, with 93 out of 100 points.
Connoisseur Circle: 2nd Place in the TOP MEDICAL SPA Category
For the third consecutive year, we achieved 2nd place in the TOP MEDICAL SPA category in the rating of the renowned Connoisseur Circle magazine! We are very proud of this, as the results included ratings from the TrustYou platform and a public vote.
Vitalpin Climate Investment: Winning Project
Vitalpin and Climate Partner once again supported tourism projects from the Alpine region this year that demonstrably reduce CO2 emissions and thus promote climate protection and sustainability.
The focus was on sustainable energy, and we were able to impress with our energy concept and innovative technologies. We were recognized as a winning project by a jury and energy experts.

The SPA Star Awards are presented annually to outstanding establishments. Our European Ayurveda® concept once again impressed and was awarded 2nd place in the SPA Star Award in 2022 in the category for best health concept.
Falstaff Hotel Guide: Best of Austria 2022
Falstaff has become the largest gourmet magazine in the German-speaking region. In 2022, thousands of guests – including Falstaff Travel Club members and a selected expert jury – once again submitted their ratings for over 1,400 hotels. Our hotel also received excellent reviews and is among the “Best of Austria 2022”.

Time Out is a British, multi-award-winning travel magazine by the Time Out Group, established in 1968, which has since expanded its editorial recommendations to 108 cities worldwide. In the internationally renowned Spa Guide, the UK Condé Nast Traveller Spa Guide, we were ranked among the 50 best spas in the world in 2016. Presence in this elite guide is considered a knighthood in the industry.
