Experiences about empowerment mentoring

Through the Empowerment Mentoring, my life has changed completely within a short year. I learned how to get new energy, how to schedule more time for myself in everyday life and how my unfulfilled desires could suddenly be realized. Through rituals and meditations I learned how to positively influence my life. By optimizing my diet I feel younger, more beautiful, finally happy again and simply comfortable, Through the intensive work with Gaurav Sharma I could finally find out where my gift lies. Elisabeth Mauracher, Gaurav Sharma and Rajat Vashisht have led me on the path to myself, everything that didn't feel right a year ago could be dissolved, everything that seemed unattainable was suddenly very easy to implement. I trained as an Ayurvedic nutritionist and got the tools to do with passion what I stand for and live for. The last time I felt as free and independent, happy and healthy as I do today was when I was a very young woman. that I can live this once again at the age of 60, for which I thank the mentoring team from the bottom of my heart. For me, mentoring was a reset and that is always worthwhile, no matter what age.
