The pampering board is included in the room price. It includes: Weekly program with yoga, meditation, lectures and hikes. We mainly use organic and regional food from our family-owned farm

At Ayurveda Resort Sonnhof, we pay attention to high-quality food, most of which comes from the region. The family farm is our largest direct supplier, from which we obtain eggs, milk, herbs, vegetables and other products. Not only is regionality important, but also the species-appropriate husbandry of the animals and the organic cultivation of herbs and plants.
