Comments that violate the guidelines, European law and/or copyright will be removed without notice after being brought to our attention. The participant is thus excluded from winning.
Persons aged 18 and over are eligible to participate (however, the first prize can only be raffled off to persons over 25 years of age who have had a driver's license for at least three years).
After the end of the competition, the winners will be selected at random and announced immediately afterwards.
The winners must contact marketing@sonnhof-ayurveda.at within 5 working days either via Instagram or by email so that the prizes can be awarded. If a winner does not respond within the deadline, the prize will be raffled again. A cash payment of the prize is not possible.
All names of the participants will be recorded and stored to determine the prize. All data will be deleted no later than 30 days after the end of the competition, but the comments on Instagram will remain and will continue to be publicly viewable. Address data will only be collected from the winner and used for the purpose of sending the prize and booking reservation. Participants are entitled to statutory rights of information, modification and revocation.
The competition is not sponsored or supported by Meta or Instagram.
