Comments that violate the guidelines, European law and/or copyright will be removed without notice after being brought to our attention. The participant is thus excluded from winning.
Persons aged 18 and over are eligible to participate.
The winners will be chosen at random and announced immediately afterwards.
The winners must contact us within 5 working days either via Instagram or by email to marketing@sonnhof-ayurveda.at so that the prizes can be awarded. If a winner does not respond within the deadline, the prize will be drawn again. Cash payment of the prize is not possible.
All participants' names will be recorded and stored for the purpose of determining the winner. All data will be deleted no later than 30 days after the end of the competition, but the comments on Instagram will remain and can still be viewed publicly. Address data will only be collected from the winner and used for the purpose of sending the prize and/or booking reservations. Participants are entitled to statutory rights of information, amendment and revocation.
The competition is not sponsored or supported by Meta or Instagram.
