We will convert your deposit into a voucher that does not expire and can be redeemed at any time on an alternative date of your choice.
In case of a necessary quarantine or COVID-19 disease, we are unfortunately not liable for the costs - these are therefore to be borne by yourself.

Your health is important to us, which is why you will find an overview of all current measures here:
- You no longer need 3G proof at check-in, and since 16.05.2022 you no longer need it when entering Austria.
- The 3G certificate is currently only required for entry into virus-variant areas. Here you can find the current entry and return regulations in your country: Austria, Germany & Switzerland
- Furthermore, according to the Austrian federal government, FFP2 masks are no longer mandatory in the catering and hotel industry.
